Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation has formulated the "TCFD/TNFD Report," which integrates the three documents it has disclosed thus far based on the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD): TCFD Disclosure, Transition Plan toward Decarbonized Society, and TNFD Report (3rd Edition).

Our group believes that climate change is both a risk to business activities and a new business opportunity, and in March 2019, we supported the TCFD recommendations and made TCFD disclosures. We have since expanded the scope of our scenario analysis and disclosed it in March 2022, and in July 2023, we published the first " Transition Plan toward Decarbonized Society " report in the domestic real estate industry, which was created in line with guidance from TCFD and others.
Regarding nature, given that our group's business is closely related to nature, we participated in TNFD Forum in June 2023, and in August of the same year, we formulated TNFD Report (1st Edition) on urban development, referring to the "TNFD Beta Version v.0.4", for the first time in the domestic real estate industry. We then disclosed the "TNFD Report (2nd Edition)" which referred to the "TNFD Final Recommendations" in January 2024, and the "TNFD Report (3rd Edition)" which added the resort business in July of the same year.
